All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door courier service from Pretoria, South Africa.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Shipping Times

  • Main Centres: Delivery within 1–5 business days.

  • Outlying/Rural Areas: Delivery within 1–7 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, courier delays).

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been handed to Aramex, you will receive your tracking details via email.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping applies to all orders, regardless of location within South Africa.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number once your order is on its way. You can track your parcel on the Aramex tracking page.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at loadout4za@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue with Aramex.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
